How to shop online

There are two ways you can shop online with Shop N Drop Grocery:

You create an account by clicking on my account page and signing up, after which you log into your account with your user name and password and start shopping.
If you are not certain yet you want to create an account, no worries just start shopping online and when you are are ready before you check out the system will ask you to create an account before you can check out your grocery items.

How do I shop online?

Simply log into your Shop N Drop Grocery account

Enter your user name and password

Click shop online and start shopping
Once you have added all items to your cart, click on check out

You then get to the screen below where it will ask you enter your billing information which is the address associated with your credit card /PayPal, on your left side panel. On the right panel it will give you an option to tip (please note the tip is only an option not mandatory)

You can then scroll down the page to choose your method of payment and fill out the credit card information.

Further down on the same page it will ask you to fill out some very necessary details regarding your delivery villa address, date of arrival, flight information details etc, which enables us to coordinate pre-stocking prior to your arrival and have everything ready for you at your destination.

Once you have completed this process you simply click on check out, your order will process and provide you an confirmation right on the website. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order.

We will then make arrangement with the resort /villa to pre stock your groceries where possible , if thee is an issue we will contact you prior to your arrival.

You will also get a delivery reminder two days prior to your arrival date and delivery satisfaction email one day after arrival so we can fix any issues in a timely manner.
